With reference to the above-captioned shipment, my we request your good office to

allow us to take delivery of the loaded container(s) out from the Pier Zone to our warehouse
located at CENTRAL BUSINESS PARK FREIGHTERS ROAD MANGGAHAN PASIG CITY
for which purpose, we hereby request you to issue in favor a duly accomplished Equipment
Interchange Receipt (EIR) as proof of such delivery.

We hereby guarantee the return of the empty container (s) within 3 days or seventy two
(72) hours after removal from Pier Zone to your designated container depot in manila. Should we
fail to return said container(s) within the period stated above, we hereby agree and bind ourselves
to pay for equipment detention charges to be assessed in accordance with your existing tariff.

Furthermore, we hold ourselves liable for any loss, destruction and/or damages sustained
while the container(s) is/are at our custody including all other cost and charges that might be
incurred due to loss and damage of said equipment without any further demand.

All expenses incurred in connection with the above transfer shall be for our account.
