RRB Recruitment 2018 For Sub Inspector and Constable in RPF 50% Posts Reserved For Women

RRB Recruitment 2018: Railway Recruitment Board has released the official notification regarding the
recruitment in the Railway Protection Force. The Official notification for the exam of the post of Sub
Inspector and Constable is available on the website of Indian Railways and interested candidates who

RRB Recruitment 2018 For SI and Constable in RPF – 50% Posts For Women

There are total 9739 vacancies for the post of Constable and Sub Inspector announced by the Indian
Railways RRB in Railway Protection force. Out of these total 9739 posts vacancies, 50% are reserved for
women.

As per Railway Recruitment Board, For the post of Constable Men, there are 4408 vacancies in India
Railways (RPF). For the post of Constable Women, there are total 4216 vacancies in Railway Protection
Force. For the post of Sub Inspector Men, there are total 819 post vacancies and for the post of Sub
Inspector Women, there are total 301 vacancies. This is an example where Railway Recruitment Board
wants women to be at par with men and hence they have done so through the RPF.

Online Application Start Date For RPF Exam

According to the official notification of RRB which is available on the official website of the Indian
Railways i.e www.indianrailways.gov.in, the starting date of the application form is 1st June. From the
1st June, candidates can apply online for the post of Constable and Sub Inspector in.

RRB Candidates can apply online for the post of Constable and Sub Inspector till 30th June. 30th June is
the last date for the online application exam. The admit card will be released in the month of
September. The First Stage CBT exam for the RPF Recruitment 2018 exam will be conducted in the
month of September/October 2018.

Other Important Details About RRB Recruitment Exam for RPF 2018

As per Railway Recruitment Board, the application fee is Rs.500 for the General Category candidates and
the OBC category candidates/ For Women candidates and SC/ST category candidates the application fee
is Rs.250. The application fee can be paid via debit card or by credit card and net banking. Candidates
can also pay the application fee via SBI Challan.

The minimum age limit for the post of constable is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years.
Make sure that you keep the age in mind before applying for Railway Recruitment Board Exam (RRB).
For the post of Sub Inspector, the minimum age limit is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years.
Age relaxation of 5 years is there for the SC/ST candidates and 3 years for the OBC NCL candidates.
