Test details –

1. GR for material type GBRA by using movement type 501 triggering workflow and creating
shipping doc and updating MMBE and J4GM stock.
2. Cancellation by using movement type 502 triggering workflow and creating shipping doc to
reduce the ETM inventory ( J4GM)
3. If we do GR by using PO through MIGO system is updating overall stock and EQP stock but the
same time we do cancellation or return then system is not triggering work flow to creating
shipping doc to match the overall inventory and EQP inventory.

Config in DR1-100.

Test scenario in DR1

Case-1 With Mvt type 501

Stock goes up by 3 QTY so total stock QTY is 5

New ship doc created. During the cancellation SAP will not allow to change any value , it cancel same
QTY

Now J4GM stock is reduced by 3 by creating another shipping doc.

Case-2 . GR through MIGO.

Same scenario tested by using PO for mat 210000000028 stock is updated ( increased/ decreased) in
MMBE but in case of J4GM only increased through work flow but not decreased after cancellation.(
work flow is not triggering)
