Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that, on may 20, 2017. my friend and I bought a
playstation 3 from you at the cost of $ 3,000. although, I am sorry to inform you that
the set is faulty. We are not satisfied with the product because it has not performed
as it should. The problems are as follows:
Firstly, its sound quality is very poor and noisy. Secondly, the picture quality is bad
and fuzzy, and lastly, the wireless control is also not functioning properly. Earlier too
I had complained about this to you and was assured that your engineer would call
up on me, but I have heard nothing since that day.
As a result, now I wish to reject the goods and claim a replacement/refund. Kindly
respond to my complaint within a week's time. I look forward to your reply and a
resolution to my problem.
