The report assumes that all EVs charge at 3.3 kW and that EV parking space occupancy after a charging session is completed is a major concern. These assumptions (in 2018) have proved to be no longer valid due to the introduction of EVs with different charging speeds, shared charging circuits, battery preconditioning and other methods of billing for EVs that remain in an EV space after charging session is complete.
