Dear Sirs,

I am writing with reference to your festival which I read about in a the May issue of the magazine
“Rollingstones” and since many of my favorite artist will be performing, I am very interested in
attending .

In you advertisement you have mentioned tha t the festival will take place in the middle of July, but
could you be more specific and tell me the exact date of the festival.

I would also like to know about the accommodation you provide(youth hostel,tents or something
else). Is the food included in the price? We are the group of four friends and I would like to know do
we have discount for larger groups.
