Your SEVIS I-20 is enclosed in this acceptance package. Please visit the closest U.S. Embassy or
Consulate to apply for your F-1 visa. Please pay the SEVIS fee online at fmjfee.com before attending your
visa interview.

You have already been entered into the enrollment database. Your student ID is J5313583. Your
password has been emailed to you. To log into your student account, go to www.ucsc-
extension.edu/login and click on Student Account. You will be enrolled in your courses at the
beginning of your program.

There will be two mandatory orientation sessions: Tuesday August 21, 2018 at 10:00 am and
Wednesday August 22, 2018 from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm. Both sessions are mandatory and will
be held at our site in Santa Clara. You will earn 0.5 credits towards your first quarter for
attending these sessions. You will receive any updates regarding any changes to the orientation
schedule.
