Short Term:
I will finish semester one with a B or higher in Health Sciences II
• Study for tests
• Make quizlets
• Study from medical terminology book and take quizzes in it
I will finish my Health Sciences Portfolio on time
• Read through the guide to better understand what to do for the project
• DO NOT DO IT ALL AT ONCE
• Keep track of calendar throughout the year
• Ask a lot of questions while at internship
I will graduate high school
• Study hard for tests
• Do homework
• Keep up with graduation requirements
• Focus more on classes needed to graduate (English, People and Politics,
Economics, Health Sciences II)

Long Term
I will attend college at Portland State University
• Apply for PSU in December of 2017
• Pass all required classes to graduate
Graduate from PSU with a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2022
Find a career in the health field, particularly pertaining to physical therapy or
athletic training
• Pass all required classes to graduate with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
Degree
• Volunteer in physical therapy or athletic office at PSU
