Vietnam War has come to the end
November, 4 1975 –Naruto Usumaki
North Vietnam captured Ban Me Thout in the Central Highland. The
South Vietnam panic and fall apart. North Vietnamese successfully
control Central Highland and the South Vietnamese surrender. North
Vietnamese had achieve their goal to unite Vietnam under
communist government.
Neither the Soviet Union nor the U.S. could risk an all-out war
against each other. However, they still fight as a supporter of both
communist and capitalist in other countries.
At the beginning of this year, members of North Vietnamese
communist party agree to focus on South Vietnamese’s military
situation to plan the next attack. North Vietnamese leaders decided
to launch an all-out attack, in order to win the war.
In late January this year, the North Vietnamese launched
campaign 275. The objective of the campaign was to control Ban
Me Thout in the Central Highland. The fight started on March 4, the
North Vietnamese force quickly surrounded the city with its five
main force and some support from the Soviet Union to cutout
outside support and blockade the city. The current president of
South Vietnamese Nguyen Van Thieu decided to retread to and
focus on protecting more critical and more populated area. He
ordered his force and U.S.’s force in the Central Highland to
abandoned the area and retread. The South Vietnamese’s force
moved toward the sea. The South Vietnamese’s force rapidly fell
apart because of panic and fear with North Vietnamese continued

Firstly, the government of Thailand has approved the
establishment of 'Army Medic School' in 1939 because lack of
medic in Thailand. The Army Medic School produced doctors
serving Royal Thai Army and hospitals until 1947 when the program
their attack. The North

The defeated of the capitalist in Vietnam cause the Soviet
Union to try to spread communism to Laos and Myanmar and cause
the U.S. to move its force in Vietnam to Thailand and support
capitalist in Thailand. The defeated of the U.S in Vietnam was gave
The Soviet Union confidence. It also was a publicly humiliating
U.S. military. After U.S. lose the war President Gerald R. Ford state
that “We, of course, are saddened indeed by the events in Indochina.
But these events, tragic as they are, portend neither the end of the
world nor of America’s leadership in the world.” (1975). In
conclusion, the war had weakened U.S.’s military, economy and
American’s faith in their government and might lead to the end of
the cold war and the U.S.
was shutdown resulted from the lack of equipment, educators and
money.
The idea of reestablishment has popped up various times
from 1947 to 1973, but they were brought down due to lack of
readiness; however, in 1973, by the speech of King Bhumibol
Adulyadej given to medical students at Siriraj Hospital, the idea of
reestablishment of medical cadet school had come to life. On 3
October 1973, the Royal Thai Army had approved the
establishment of 'Medical Cadet College' which was renamed
'Phramongkutklao College of Medicine' a year later. The name
'Phramongkutklao' was granted by King Bhumibol Adulyadej. It was
the regal name of King Vajiravudh, King Bhumibol Adulyadej's
uncle. The college was officially established on 16 June 1975.
In future the collage will help create new doctors and medic
for both Thai Army and Thai hospitals. This will create more medic
if another war with communism happen again. It also will improve
Thai medicine to be more modern and batter and this might reduce
medical expenses of Thai people since the collage create more
resource so medical expenses do not have to be as expensive as it
is now.

Conservative party and might be the first female prime minister of
Britain.

Thatcher was born as Margaret Hilda Roberts on October 13, 1925,
in Grantham, England. Thatcher was introduced to conservative
politics by her father, who was a member of the town's council.
Thatcher was accepted to Oxford University, politically active in her
youth, Thatcher served as president of the Conservative Association
at the university. Two years after graduating from college, Thatcher
made her first bid for public office. She ran as the conservative
candidate for a Dartford parliamentary seat in the 1950 elections.
in June 1970, Thatcher found her position frustrating, not
because of all the bad press around her actions, but because she had
difficulty getting Prime Minister Edward Heath to listen to her ideas.
Apparently, the future of women in politics was not so bright.
During 1973 television appearance Thatcher state that “I don't think
there will be a woman prime minister in my lifetime” (1973). She
soon proved herself wrong. During 1975 the Conservative party was
losing its power, Thatcher become main force of her party and soon
become leader of the party in 1975.
In future she has a lot of opportunity to become prime
minister of Britain and make a stronger democracy and not become
communist easily.
In Thai people view change of leader mean new plan to
organize economy and new way to fight communist.

Thailand had Establish Securities Exchange of

Thailand with a help from U.S. government to promote
economic growth and stability.

Since 1969, the World Bank and the U.S.

government assigned Professor Sidney M. Robbins to
study and develop a strategy to develop Thai capital
market. As the same time the Bank of Thailand also
working on Capital Market Development, which is
establish the stock market.
Year later in 1970 Professor Sidney M. Robbins
publish “A Capital Market in Thailand”, which become
the main plan of the Thai Capital Market development for
future. SET core operations include listing securities,
supervision of information disclosures by listed
companies, oversight of securities trading, and monitoring
member companies involved in trading securities, as well
as dissemination of information and education to investors.
As a nonprofit hub for securities trading and related
services, SET serves to promote savings and long-term
capital funding for the economic development of the
nation.
Soon the Securities Exchange of Thailand will be
major stock index that show the performance of Thai
Capital market and it will become main market for stocks,
bonds and mutual fund investor to find an information
about investment.
In Thai people view this is a large investment and
also a great opportunity to gain information about
investment. Now BET is not popular because lack of
government support. However, for SET the government
announce to fully support it by educate Thai people about
both domestic and international investment.
