E.T.E.C.

Environmental
aspects of transport
and packaging.
Agreed in the general meeting of partners.
Iznájar (Spain) 10th May 2018

1. TRANSPORT
1.1. Tube transport for liquids (e.g. Olive oil)
1.2.Solar-powered vehicles (trucks)
1.3. Electric-powered means of transport.
1.4.Hybrids (no sun, using electricity instead)
1.5.Unibus
1.6. Wool is really light, compress it to obtain
smaller units. Transporting more material using
less space to save time, money and fuel.
1.7. Water transport ¿?

2. PACKAGING
Using other materials instead of plastic:
2.1. Biodegradable materials (e.g. for Czeco
Cheese)
2.2.Recycled and Reused materials
2.3.Wool can be packaged in either:
- cardboard (recycled cardboard)
-fabric (already eco-friendly)
2.4.Jam, wine and olive oil, ususally preserved in
glass containers:
-Glass: only recycled and reused glass
-For reducing expenses, we can have a common
factory to process the glass. So, we would save
money for machinery (otherwise each company
would have to buy its own machinery) AND the
factory can be strategicaly located in a country
equally distanced from Bulgaria and Spain (maybe
in Croatia)
