Following the visit to our site Church office in Ijase Street Owutu Agric, Ikorodu Lagos
regards safety compliance of the site we hereby adopt the following:
1. Engage a Safety Practitioner to help put the site in compliance state
2. Suspend all construction work till its fully safety compliance
3. Report back to your office with necessary document needed for registration,

In addition to this extra effort has been put in place to further secure the site in terms of
health and safety.
