my hospital along with his father for treatment on dated 16-10-

2015.Sukha Singh has sustained multiple blunt injuries with bruises,

Sukha Singh was unable to stand properly. He was having severe cough

and chest pain. He was kept in Hospital for observation for one day. He

was given Injection Diclofen (Analgesic) ciplox and I/V Glucose. He

was given medicine for next day with bed rest advice and discharged on

17-10-2015.
