COATED PIPES FOR DELIVERY AT NPGCL NABINAGAR”
A. Scope of Supply:
Supply of 5000 m, 1000 NB, 3 Layer Side Extruded Polyethylene coated pipes including
transportation, unloading and stacking at Nabinagar Super Thermal Power Project, Dist-
Aurangabad as per technical specifications attached.

Pipes shall be subjected to Pre-Delivery Inspection as per MQP/FQP.

C. Terms & Conditions:

1. The pipes are to be delivered directly at Nabinagar Super Thermal Power Project, Dist-
Aurangabad.
2. Delivery Period shall be completed within 03 months from the date of award of contract.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be released within 30 days from the date of Receipt and
Acceptance of Material at Nabinagar Super Thermal Power Project.
4. Defect Liability Period: 12 months from the date of Commissioning / Installation / Use or 18
Months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier.
