PREKINDER MEXICAN DRINK

Horchata water “La Michoacana”

It is a sweet and refresh drink.


INGREDIENTS
250 grams of rice
3 sticks of cinnamon
1 can of condensed milk
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Sugar to sweeten
PREPARATION
In a bowl let rice soak for half an hour
In other bowl let cinnamon soak for 15 minutes
Drain water of both bowls and liquefy rice, cinnamon, and condensed milk, sugar if you like
sweet and pure vanilla extract
Strain mix and serve with ice.
INGREDIENTES:
250 gramos de arroz
3 varas de canela
1 lata de leche condensada
2 litros de agua
½ cucharada de extracto líquido de vainilla
Azúcar para endulzar
PREPARACION
REMOJA el arroz en un recipiente por media hora.
REMOJA las rajas de canela en otro recipiente durante 15 minutos.
ESCURRE el agua de ambos recipientes y licua el arroz, la canela, la leche condensada,
azúcar si te gusta muy dulce y la esencia de vainilla.
CUELA la preparación y sirve con hielos.
KINDERGARTEN MEXICAN DESERT

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/3 cups of condensed milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
270 grams grated coconut
3 cups of sugar
¼ teaspoon of salt
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180° degrees centigrade grease and flour a couple of baking dish.
In a bowl mix the condensed milk, vanilla extract, coconut, sugar and salt.
Put tablespoons of the mix separate in the baking dish and bake approximately for 10
minutes.
INGREDIENTES
1 1/3 de tazas de leche condensada
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
270 gramos de coco, rallado
3 tazas de azúcar
¼ de cucharadita de sal
PREPARATION
Precalienta el horno a 180° centígrados y engrasa y enharina un par de charolas para
hornear.
En un tazón grande mezcla bien la leche condensada, vainilla, coco, azúcar y sal.
Coloca cucharadas de la mezcla sobre las charolas, separadas una de otra.
Hornea durante 10 minutos aproximadamente.

Cream milk
PREPARATION:
Put all the ingredients in separate bowls
Heat the tortillas in a skillet or on a griddle.
Put the tortillas in a dish and add all the ingredients one by one then roll the tortilla and
enjoy.

Small triangular tortillas fried
Grated Dutch chesse
Pico de gallo (also called salsa fresca, is a fresh, uncooked condiment made from
chopped tomato, onion, and sometimes chilis (typically jalapeños or serranos)
Guacamole
Cheese dip
Cream milk
PREPARATION
Put all the ingredients in separate bowls
Put the small triangular tortillas fried in a big dish
Enjoy cover the nachos with the sauce that you prefer.
