FINDING KEYWORDS USING THE

TOOL

There is a search technique using the symbol *

which is known as the “wildcard.” This tool
uses this technique as part of its keyword
research process.

You can simply add a market into the keywords

tool and place the * wildcard at the start, end
or anywhere in between.

So, you could simply use

* weight loss or

weight * loss or

weight loss *

You can ask for additional words and numbers

at the start and finish, too, if you wish. Simply
tick those options on the tool.

A more focussed way is to search is to use a

product name or keyword from the market. An
example would be ipod:

* ipod or
ipod *

An even better way is to use a partial phrase:

How * ipod

How * weight

Buying keywords are great. Use these with a

market or a keyword from a market:

Buy * weight loss

Buy * watch

Buy * ipad

You can think of may other examples, of

course.
