1 3G Astro Pitch 30 metres by 20 Metres

2 Excavate and install all Groundworks and drainage and supply of all Materials included in Drainage
system
3 Installation of perimeter kerbing, concrete base haunching and bedding

4 Supply and Install 2.4m high fencing; 868 double-beam mesh fencing consisting of 8mm
horizontal wires and 6mm vertical wires

5 Supply and install 4.1m high ball stop netting above fencing; including all inter posts, wiring
and clips.

6 Supply and install one single and one double gate including all ironmongrey

7 Supply and install 3G Synthetic Grass. Infill with dried silica sand and crumb rubber.

8 Supply and Installation of 10mm prefabricated shock pad

9 All other ancillary works for the proposed building and finishing or proposed Astro Turf Pitch
including insurances
