PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CANDIDATES FOR THE POSTS OF

INDUSTRIAL WORKMAN GR I - (TRAINEE)

Consequent upon not reporting/found not eligible with respect to our earlier provisionally selected list of candidates for
the posts of Industrial Workman Grade I (Trainee), the applicants with the following roll numbers who appeared in the
Online examination held on March 25, 2017 for selection to the above posts have been short-listed for appointment on
the basis of marks secured by them in the written examination which was conducted online, purely on a provisional
basis. They have to, however, strictly satisfy all the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the Advt. No.1/2017 for the post.

The short-listed applicants are advised to report at Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private
Limited, No.3 & 4, 1st Stage, 1st Phase, BTM Layout, Bannerghatta Road (Next to Jal Bhavan),
Bengaluru – 560029 on June 19, 2018 (Tuesday) at 0930 AM for verification of documents.

They must bring a) copy of the System generated Print-out of the registered application after pasting a photograph
with signature across and b) original certificates with self-attested copy of the certificates as mentioned at para 10(a)
(i) to (iv) in support of their date of birth, educational qualification, caste status (Only for SC/ST/OBC applicants),
Disability (Only for PWD applicants), work experience etc. and other related documents.

The candidates are advised to go through the “Important Instructions for Provisionally Selected
Candidates for the post of Industrial Workman Grade I (Trainee)” uploaded in the Company’s website.

The candidates who produce the documents and satisfy all the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the Advt. No.1/2017
for the post will be advised to report to the General Manager, Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited at
Mysuru for pre-recruitment medical examination immediately. Appointment letters will be issued to the eligible
candidates if they are found suitable after verification of documents and also found medically fit in the pre-recruitment
medical examination.

They should come prepared to join the services of the Company in short notice if found eligible.
