décor. We offer 3 distinct venues (13,000+ sq. ft.):
THE LOUNGE, THE GLASS FACTORY and 99
GALLERY to suit any event format.

99 Sudbury’s versatile event space has been host


to: intimate and grand scale celebrations, photo
shoots, corporate functions, galas and tradeshows
up to 1000. Two (1,000 sq. ft.) outdoor patios
compliment The Lounge and The Glass Factory
venues. We are pleased to announce that we will be
expanding the Glass Factory to accommodate larger
groups.

THE GLASS FACTORY
The Glass Factory is a contemporary, open
concept loft space. This venue boasts all the
charm of a raw space with those little details
accentuated at every glance: 17ft exposed beam
ceilings, newly restored hardwood floor, open
faced brick walls, glass block walls, smooth
surface interiors for video/digital projections.

We present this venue as one large room that


provides the option for dividing the space into 2
unique areas for your event. Area 1 is also
available for smaller functions.

gallery focusing on innovative exhibitions of all
mediums, as well as, a sophisticated urban space
for special events.
This space is reinvented with each exhibit making
99 Gallery a unique venue for every event.

The 99 Sudbury Team firmly believes that no two events are alike.
We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to co-ordinate
custom, memorable celebrations

Event Co-ordination:
Your 99 Sudbury Event Representative will work with you to define your event needs; understanding your venue
options and event theme, food, beverage/bar, staffing, decorating, entertainment, AV, lighting and security
requirements.

We will provide you with a breakdown of services that we offer in-house and through our preferred partners.

99 Sudbury provides a Supervisor on site for your event. For clients requiring additional assistance with their event
planning and execution; the 99 team is happy to provide co-ordination and planning services at competitive rates.
We welcome the opportunity to work with your Event/Wedding/Day Planners.

Catering Services:
We offer: sit down dinners for groups of 25 - 250, cocktail/appetizer/food station menus for groups up to 700 or
customized menus where the culinary arts meet design and event theme.
As some of the best culinary talent in the city; our catering partners consistently use the highest quality
ingredients; maintaining superior service, and exceeding the expectations of our clients.

Beverage and Bar Services:


99 Sudbury offers: Beverage Packages, basic and premium bar products and designer Martini/custom drink options.
Let us create a customized beverage package to compliment your culinary experience. We offer a standard price
list; along with beverage packages that can reflect: per person, consumption and custom requirements.

Décor and Rentals:


Each of our 3 event spaces has unique features that will compliment any event. Our rental specialists will help to
insure that your vision will be transformed seamlessly. This includes: furniture, floral, table accessories, decor &
A/V.
