Guidelines

1. The competition is open to all Ospital ng Makati employee.

2. Each group shall be composed of 20 participants at the minimum and shall not
exceed a maximum of 40 participants.
3. All expenses in the competition shall be shouldered by the participating group.
4. The group must be at the contest area on time. Failure to come on time will
received 1 percent deduction to the score.
5. Performances of each competing group will depend on the Broadway musical hits
through drawing of lots.
6. The order of performances will be based on the number they had picked prior to
the contest.
7. The performance shall last for a minimum of least 8 minutes but not exceed 10
mins. Any excess in time will have one-point deduction per to the total score. The
time of the performance starts with the first note of the music or the movement,
whichever comes first.
8. All music must be recorded on CD and USB only and must be properly labeled.
9. Use of props will be allowed as long as it will not cause any delay in the program
and any harm to the performance of other group. Props as pyrotechnic gadgets
and combustible material are strictly prohibited.
10. All participants shall conduct themselves in a manner displaying good
sportsmanship throughout the competition.
11. The competition is scheduled on June 08, 2018
12. Failure to comply with any of the foregoing guidelines will result to disqualification.
13. Criteria for judging shall be:
a. Showmanship - 30%
b. Uniqueness and Creativity - 30%
c. Stage Presence - 20%
d. Adherence to the theme - 10%
e. Head Participation - 10%
14. Judges decisions is final and unappealable.
