months. The basis of evaluation is done in the following manner.

Assessment Criteria Date:

A - Supplier whose Quality is Never/very rarely a problem - 60%

B - Supplier Whose Delivery is as per Schedule - 30%

C - Supplier with Competitive Price - 10%
