ITEM 01: Scope

TRANSFORMER type, NEMA 2 (Equivalent IP)

ITEM 02: Supply of dry transformers according to the following documents: see attached documents:

- Technical specification " SR-001-06-AD17009-0000-06-25-0001-0"

- Data sheet " SR-001-06-AD17009-0000-06-26-0004-0"
- Conditions of the Site "SR-001-05-0036-0000-04-25-0001_D"

ITEM 03: Defined the OC towards the provider, the following information should be delivered

• Electrical Plans (including single and three-wire) IF IT APPLIES

• Detailed Mechanical Drawings
• Communication plans (communication network) (if applicable)
• ITP (Inspection and testing Plan)
• Test protocols
• Installation, operation and maintenance manuals

ITEM 04: FAT tests in the supplier's workshop. Test protocols used must be submitted.
