SUBJECT : Customer Relations and Personality Development Seminar

1. References:
a. Approved IMPLAN TO NHQ PNP CMC NO. 15-2018;
b. Guidance of the Regional Director during his 1 st Command Conference;
and
c. Memorandum from OIC, RPCRD dated June 13, 2018 with subject as
above.

2. This pertains to the month-long celebration of the 23 rd Police-Community


Relations (PCR) Month this July 2018. The celebration aims at forging partnerships
and strengthening community participation in peacekeeping and public safety
programs of the PNP.

3. One of the programs of RPCRD is LOI 37/10 entitled: “Establishment of


PNP Quality Service Lane as Component of the Model Police Station Project”, which
was conceptualized to solve the dysfunctions within police stations, particularly in the
delivery of the basic services in the complaints desk.

4. ITCON, the RPCRD will be conducting a 1-Day Customer Relations and


Personality Development Seminar to be held on July 9, 2018 at Batangas PPO.

5. In this regard, all CPS and MPS are directed to send one (1) PCR
PNCO per station and four (4) participants from PMFC to attend the said
seminar. Further, submit names of your respective participants to this Office (Attn:
PPCRB) through email at bppo_pcrbranch@yahoo.com.ph NLT June 25, 2018 for
consolidation and submission to RPCRD.
