Guidelines for Impromptu
1. The contestant will pick one topic. The topics are all about social
issues that student can relate into.
2. After picking the topic, he/she will be given 10 seconds to prepare.
3. After 10 seconds, the emcee will read the question.
4. After reading, the contestant will deliver his impromptu speech for
1minute and 30 seconds only.
5. A buzzer will sound after the time given.
