Muhammad Mobeen, MOIC, do hereby inform you of the latest development about the
installation of the transformer as follows :

Unfortunately, as of this date, stated above, PESCO has not been cooperating with Fauji Foundation
Medical Centre , Swabi, with regards to the installation of the transformer . I , along with my
Subordinate Staff, visited their Office multiple times which caused much disappointment to us. Indeed,
as of now to no avail .PESCO's repeated response and reaction to us is that the installation would take
more than two (2) months ,and discuss the matter without coming to the point. In fact, I have
personally met the SDO about this unsettled , perplexed status of the negotiations with regards to the
installations duly executed and legally binding . His uncalled for misconduct is undeniably blatant. It is
with deep regret to inform you that these past days, we tried our best to communicate through several
visitations and phone calls that they squander our time . Aside from these on occasion we called upon,
sad to say , no reliable staff is available to comply to our inquiries . Furthermore , after our efforts to sort
out this unsettled case while I hold the position as MOIC, FFMC, I deem it fitting that effective this date ,
after I have done my official duty, responsibly informed and reported to Fauji Foundation Medical
Centre, that it is longer commitment and duty to pursue the matter further.
