    Dear sir/madam,

    This is Muhammad Awais Noman CNIC 123 and I had worked with LRMIS as a Consultant Assistant
    Database Administrator from July 27, 2015 to December 31, 2016. Despite the fact that I have
    completed everything that needs and are expected to be settled from my end until now, I still don’t
    have my experience certificate. As you know that this document will be important for the institution
    that I will be working with. 2 Years has already been passed since my contract completed but my
    experience letter is still pending. I would be much obliged if you consider giving me my experience
    certificate which would help me immensely in the institution that I will be working with. I sincerely thank
    you for your time and kind consideration.
