RESOLUTION NO. 01, SERIES OF 2018-2019

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FEE FOR THE PICE MEMBERSHIP

REQUIREMENT AMOUNTING TO FIFTY PESOS (PHP 50.00) TO BE COLLECTED
FROM THE CIVIL ENGINEERING STUDENTS PER SEMESTER OF ACADEMIC
YEAR 2018-2019

WHEREAS, pursuant to the PICE Constitution and By-Laws, Article IV Section 1.3, all the
members of PICE PSU Student Chapter has the duty and responsibility to pay all the dues and
fees required;

WHEREAS, the above mentioned fee may be scheduled for collection upon the approval;

NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of STANLEY SCOTT G. ARROYO, Internal Vice
President of PICE, and duly seconded by MARY LORRAINE M. CASTINO, PICE Treasurer.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve the collection for the MEMBERSHIP FEE for
the Academic Year 2018-2019.

RESOLVED FINALLY that a copy of this resolution shall be conspicuously posted in the area
of collection.

I hereby certify the veracity of the foregoing Resolution No. 01, Series of 2018.
