How many officers/stewards are on 100%, 50%, other blocks of time?

How many officers/stewards use reasonable time for representation?

Does the local have professional staff and /or administrative staff?

What is the weekly number of grievances handled?

How many arbitrations did the local have in the last 6 months?
How many MSPB cases did the local have in the last 6 months?

Do we have non-government contact information for all the officers and


stewards/activists in our system inc., email, cell, etc?

What is the key banking information if we do not have it? NST Flynn sent letters on this
previously.

Has the local moved all information to union equipment? Has the union provided cell
phones to key leaders?

Does the union have plans to rent space as needed come July 9 th or an appropriate date
later?

What are the intentions of the local officers/stewards/activists? Are they retired, will
they retire, quit, remain as an officer but return to the job? If they retire or quit, will
they continue as an active officer?

What conversations have they had with the members and workers?
What other preparations have they already taken?

Would the local share space with other locals in the area?

What are the local’s reserves, savings, properties and what is their cash flow?

What are the normal ongoing local expenses?

Does the local have a web site? Other social medial? Do they email members or send a
regular newsletter?

Does the local have a plan to talk to all the workers in their BU?
