Preparation 
1. Check all cords and make sure 
everything is in tight  
a) VGA(blue)/ HDMI/Power cords 
2. Check if the power button on the board 
is On and Green. (again make sure all 
cords are tightened)  
3. Restart or Turn off and Turn on your 
computer device ​(restarting must solve 
most of the problems but Turning off and 
back on again can be more delicious)  
4. To Turn off the smart board​ press and 
hold on Green button for 5-10 seconds 
  (the light must change the color into red ). 
To Turn on the Active board ​press the 
Ready in ​2 minutes  red button. (now it must be green)
