steps:

- extract file update.rar and run zdownloader-3019.exe

- run zebra firmware downloader (c:\program files\zebra technologies\zebra
downloader and zbi module)
- click auto-detect printers (4th icon from applications) and wait for searching
local usb and network printers prompt
- Printer#1 will usually be installed
- highlight Printer#1 and go to select firmware icon (5th icon from applications)
- choose firmware file 72.19.10z.zpl (default firmware we normally use)
- after loading the firmware in the downloader press download all icon (8th icon)
- download firmware will proceed within the pc and printer (note: do not power off
or remove printer cables.)
- wait for firmware writing to flash to finish.
- set printer media and printout settings.
