Envisioned Development

The proponent has a simple vision for the proposed development and that is to design a low cost

mid-rise housing for the people which can also serve as a new home for the local strays and

nature itself because we all deserve a home.

In order to achieve the target design the approach must be aligned with the overall concept of the

study wherein the values and consideration of a Non-anthropocentric design became highly

suitable and appropriate.

The development can achieve a coherent and functional design by applying different design

concepts:

opportunity for future expansions.

Will encourage socialization and nature to be

part of the development.

 MULTI-PURPOSE FUNCIONALITY

The best way to integrate non-human

species into a human territory is by allowing

a multipurpose design for voids or spaces

where people will have no means of

important usage. Ex. Hollow Outdoor

fixtures, and below long ramps can be

designed to allow animals to crawl into or as

shelter.
