WAPCOS Limited, Plot No. 76-C, Sector-18, Gurgaon-122 015 (Hereinafter called the Employer)
which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, mean and include it
successors and assigns of the one part and
Shri/Smt./Kum.________________________________S/o/D/oShri_____________________________
________ R/o____________________________ hereinafter called the ‘contract employee’ which
expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof mean & include his heir, executors,
administrators, and assigns, on the other part.

अत: श्री/श्रीिती/कु0.......................................... के अनु रोि पर कम्‍पनी उन्‍हें

संविदा आिार पर ................................... के रूप िें वनम्‍नविखखत शतों एिं
वनबंिनों पर वनयुक्‍त करती है ।
Whereas on being approached by Shri/Smt./Kum.____________________________ the company has
engaged him as ____________________on its project on contract basis on the terms and conditions
hereinafter appearing.

That the employer has engaged Shri/Smt./Kum.______________________________________ on

________________ to _______________ or will be co-terminus with the project duration whichever

हैं और अपनी सहिवत व्‍यक्‍त करता/करती है वक कम्‍पनी िें उनका वनयोिन संविदा आिार पर
है और विवनवदभ षट ्‍ अिवि के सिाप्‍त होने पर वनयोिन स्‍ित: सिाप्‍त हो िाएगा ।
That the said contract employee Shri/Smt/Kum._________________________________________
understands and agrees that his/her engagement is on contract basis as stated above will
automatically come to an end on the expiry of the specified period.
3) श्री/श्रीिती/कु.

िु खयािय
्‍ ................................. िें होगा । तथावप िह पररयोिना के
तहत स प ं े गए सर्ी फील्‍ड कायों या अन्‍य वकन्‍हीं दावयत्‍िों को सम्‍यक् रीवत से पूरा करे गा/करे गी

That the Head Quarter of Shri/Smt./Kum. ________________________________ will be at
____________________. However, he/she will fulfill all the responsibilities assigned to him as
envisaged in the project whether at site or elsewhere.

4) श्री/श्रीिती/कु.
........................................................... की सेिाओं
का उपयोग वकसी अन्‍य पररयोिनाओं िें र्ी वकया िा सकता है एिं उन्‍हें आिश्‍यकतानु सार र्ारत
या विदे श िें तैनात वकया िा सकता है ।
The services of Shri/Smt./Kum. ________________________________ may also be utilized in any
other project and he/she may be posted in India and abroad as per requirement.
5) सेिा संबंिी िाििों िैसे आचरण, अनु शासन आवद सर्ी िाििों िें श्री/श्रीिती/कु.
....................... कम्‍पनी िें िागू वनयिों एिं विवनयिों द्वारा शावसत होंगे/होंगी ।
That, in all service matter such as conduct, discipline etc., Shri/Smt./Kum.__________________
will be governed by the rules and regulations as are applicable in the Company.

6) श्री/श्रीिती/कु.

आकखिक अिकाश के हकदार होंगे/होंगी।
That Shri/Smt./Kum ___________________________________________ will be entitled to one
day’s leave in the month.

7) संविदा सेिा को दोनों पक्षकारों िें से वकसी र्ी पक्षकार द्वारा एक िाह का नोवटस दे कर अथिा
नोवटस अिवि के एिि िें िेतन दे कर सिाप्‍त वकया िा सकता है ।
That the contract of service can be terminated by either party by giving one month notice or salary in
lieu of notice.

8) संविदा किभ चारी श्री/श्रीिती/कु.......................................... का

िाप्‍कोस िें कायभ अिवि बढाने संबंिी अथिा वनयवित वनयुकत्‍वाा संबंिी अथिा िररष्‍ठता संबंिी कोई
अविकार या दािा नहीं होगा ।
That the contract employee Shri/Smt./Kum. __________________________________________ shall
have not claim or right against WAPCOS for extension of the contract or for any claim, whatsoever,
for regular appointment or any seniority in WAPCOS under any circumstances.

9) कायभ के असंतोर्िनक पाए िाने अथिा वशकायत प्राप्‍त होने पर सेिाएं वबना कोई कारण बताए तत्‍काि सिाप्‍त
कर दी िाएं गी ø
That in case of unsatisfactory performance/ complaint service will be terminated forthwith without
assigning any reason.

10) साक्ष्‍यस्‍िरूप उक्‍त पक्षकारों ने उपरोक्‍त विखखत तारीख को यह वििे ख वनष्‍पावदत वकया है ø
That in witness thereof the parties hereto have executed those present by day and year first above
written.
