Preconstruction services can be the first and most important service
Lincoln Builders offers to our clients. By providing accurate project
information, clients are able to make informed decisions about their
capital investments. Lincoln listens closely to our clients’ needs,

General Contracting
As a General Contractor, Lincoln partners with
the owner and his designer through a traditional
design-bid-build process under either a negotiat-
ed or stipulated sum contract. In today’s compet-
itive economy, Lincoln’s proven reputation of cost
control, realistic scheduling and on-time com-
pletion back up our commitment to our clients’
project goals.
Design-Build
As a Design-Builder, Lincoln is a single source
of responsibility to the owner, thereby assuming
all risk to deliver the project. Serving as a De-
sign-Build partner allows us to directly contract
with the design team and subcontractors to co-
ordinate design, procurement, construction and
occupancy phases. This approach allows Lincoln
and the owner to influence design and cost at an
early stage while facilitating “fast track” construc-
tion, effectively shortening schedules and saving
clients’ money.
Construction Manager
As a Construction Manager, Lincoln leverages
its financial strength and exceptional management
practices to provide services on an “at-risk” basis
where we are responsible for guaranteeing perfor-
mance on both large and small projects. However,
if the owner prefers we may also serve as his
agent with the owner holding all trade contracts.
Whichever method of delivery is selected, Lincoln
Builders commits its full resources and experi-
ence to provide the quality and value that our
clients deserve.

Tradition Senior Living hired Lincoln Builders in 2013, creating a
partnership that we are proud to continue today. Together, we have
completed two projects totaling 424 units in Dallas, and we are currently
constructing a 316-unit project in Houston.
Our product is not easy to build, because it contains several components
that include a wood frame, concrete podium, and metal studs. Lincoln
has shown to be one of the few contractors in Texas with the ability to
handle all of these components. Under the leadership of Greg Gammill,
his team has proven that they can find strong subs regardless of the
market, and this is critical to our mutual success. They are professional,
