their real root causes.

This workbook helps you to identity the triggers of stress and anxiety that you
experience in life. The Global Gathering with Brandon will help you uncover
and resolve the true causes of stress and anxiety.

Take a look at and answer the questions below. They are about what triggers stress
and anxiety in you.

Trust your gut instinct and don't think too much - you'll recognise quickly what is
true for you. And remember that you'll have a great opportunity to resolve some of
the issues you recognise at the upcoming Global Gathering with Brandon.

Just take the first step. The rest will follow naturally.

The way you deal with traumas and painful emotions determines to a large extent
your likelihood of falling into anxiety, stress or depression, and if you do, how well
you’ll cope with those experiences.

Many of us have been taught to suppress our seemingly negative emotions, like
anger, fear, sadness, hopelessness, unworthiness... but suppressing your emotions
can cause natural emotions to turn into longer-lasting moods or states that stick with
us and seem unshakeable.

LIFTING 5 YEARS OF DEPRESSION
When Joanie McMahon’s husband of 19 years died she fell into
a deep depression and seemingly never-ending suicidal
thoughts. After healing herself she gave up her medications and
lifted 5 years of depression.

In 1997, my husband of 19 years, Russell, I was a trained counselor and psychologist

DEPRESSION CAUSED BY FEAR OF DEATH
Alva L Gilmour had to face her deepest fear of dying
while living with an HIV positive partner and losing her
best friend to leukemia. This lead to depression and
