CASE STUDY: INSECURITY IN SAN MARTIN TEXMELUCAN.

Introduction.
Crime in San Martin Texmelucan has
increased in the last year, due to various
factors that have aroused alarms in the
region not only central but also in its
surroundings as it endangers the integrity of
the population due to the theft of fuel,
robberies to the pedestrians and in the
public transport.

Statements.
Good.

 When the fuel theft started, the jobs went up.

 In the community of San Martin Texmelucan the inhabitants have created
groups among neighbors called “vigilant neighbors” to reduce crime.

Bad

 When the fuel theft started, the criminal level increased.

 Members of 24 merchant organizations in San Martin Texmelucan reported
that the insecurity in the municipality caused an 80 percent drop in sales.
 Increase in robberies in the downtown area of San Martin Texmeluca.
  The community of San Martin Texmelucan has adopted a "curfew", which
means not going out to the streets after 10 o'clock at night, due to clashes
with gunfire among fuel thieves, the increase of crimes such as murders and
theft of vehicles.

Conclusion.
If I was the president of San Martin, I’d limit crime.
If I was policeman, I wouldn’t accept bribes of the delinquents.
If I was the president of San Martin, I’d put more policeman.
If I was the security boss, I’d more
camera.
If I was the president of San Martin, I’d
ask more money for more tools.
If I was the security boss, I’d ask more
police dog.
If I was the police man, I would add more
vice squad in high school, university, etc.
If was the president of San Martin, I’d lead an investigation very intensive against
murder, rape, abduct and fraud.
