The concept kind of sprang from the movie 'The Four Brothers'; a Human woman

married to a Half-Orc Blacksmith began gathering orphans of orcish blood after his
death, children either unwanted or outright abandoned. Her understanding of those
whom shared that bloodline allowed her to provide them with a happy, healthy home
despite their troubled youth, and mostmanaged to move on to a stable, productive
life. A small handful - her favorites, it was said - never quite escaped the
inspiration for battle that flowed through their bloodlines. In her honor, however,
they turned those instincts to the advancement of good and the pride of their
adoptive family's name.

Each takes 1 level of Bloodrager and then progresses along their stated class as
normal.
