Guideline:

1. SSR GROUPS MUST USE METRO, WHEREVER AVAILABLE, FOR TRAVELLING LONG DISTANCE, e.g. from IMT to Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, etc. (and back). In
such cases, OLA/UBER SHOULD BE USED (INSTEAD OF AUTO/TSR) ONLY FOR LAST-MILE CONNECTIVITY (For example: A group can travel from IMT to Vaishali Metro station
by Ola/Uber. Then Metro can be taken from Vaishali to a Metro station nearest to the group’s field visit destination in Delhi/Noida/Greater Noida/Gurgaon, etc. To reach the
exact location of the field visit from the nearest Metro station Ola/Uber can again be taken). Receipts of Ola/Uber, Metro should be submitted with duly filled in
Reimbursement Form (THE VERSION OF THE REIMBURSEMENT FORM CIRCULATED ON 6 JANUARY 2017).

2. For short distance (e.g. within Ghaziabad) Ola/Uber should be used (instead of auto/TSR) to the extent possible and receipts submitted for reimbursement with duly
filled in Reimbursement Form.

3. While availing of Ola/Uber, SSR groups MUST AVAIL OF THE CHEAPEST OTION. For example, an SSR group should first try to get Uber Pool/Ola Share. ONLY WHEN
Uber Pool/Ola Share is not available, an SSR group should go for availing of the next cheap alternative, namely Uber Go/Ola Micro/Ola Mini. In case an SSR group is opting
for Uber Go/Ola Micro/Ola Mini, ONE CAB MUST BE SHARED BY FOUR GROUP MEMBERS. NO SSR GROUP SHOULD AVAIL OF HIGHER-END CABS THAN Uber Go/Ola
Micro/Ola Mini.
