Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

12 Pcs of Chicken

2 potatoes – cut into 4

1.5 onion –sliced

6 garlic

3 inch ginger

1 pc of tamarind piece (asam keping)

1 can of coconut milk

1 cup Water

10 tablespoons of curry powder – BABAS

Cinnamon, star anise, Cardamom

Curry leaves -6 pcs

Sugar

Salt

Method:

Heat oil in pot and fry onions and spices. Put in curry and stir for a while before
putting in water. Keep on fire until oil emerges. Put in curry leaves and potatoes.

Put chicken and cook until slighty tender, put more water

Put coconut milk and cook under low heat. When potato is cooked put tamarind
piece, sugar and salt. Cook until the oil emerges at the top.
