1) Government ROC fees & stamp duty changes according to change in Authorized capital of the Company.
2) The Additional charges for Company whose Registered Office address is in
A) PUNJAB (Rs. 10,000), MADHYA PRADESH (Rs. 7,500)
B) KERALA, ASSAM, MEGHALAYA, MANIPURA, TRIPURA, MIZORAM, NAGALAND & ARUNACHAL PRADESH charges will increase by Rs. 4,000 in addition to the above fees. This
is due to higher ROC/stamp duty/Incorporation fees in these States.
3) As per new Incorporation Rules, (in all States in India) the promoter/s have to provide notarized affidavits for DIN application & other declarations. In this regard, the Director/s need to
purchase the stamp papers in their own name and personally visit & arrange for the notarization. Normally the cost per Company for stamp paper and notarization would be Rs. 700 to Rs.
900, which shall be borne by the Promoter/s. (Draft format of the Affidavit/declarations will be provided by BMC, you only have to print it on stamp paper and get it notarized).
