OBJECTIVE STATEMENT

By pursuing an internship in the United States, I hope to further develop my skills in the hospitality
department. I am looking forward to learning new techniques, broadening my experience in the
hospitality department with challenging assignments. These daily tasks would enable me to exercise
my communication, organizational and administrative skills in an effective manner. I’ve already
worked in the United States and therefore I am experienced with working at a multicultural work and
language surrounding. Aside from strengthening my hospitality skills, I hope to gain more experience
in busy working environment and do my best to represent the company every single day.

My strengths include: Highly-organized and dependable. Demonstrated talent to perform a wide


range of front desk and administrative tasks, resolve customer complaints, handle high volume phone
calls and answer customer queries.
