It is to inform you that Sec. 3(A) Notification of Dehu Palkhi Marg – PWB (Bypass) NH
No. 965G. has been published GoI Gazette No. 1053 (A) dated 09/03/2018

Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) No. 11, Pune is CALA for this project. He has
published the above Gazette Notification in daily Sakal and Indian Express newspapers on
04/04/2018 in order to bring the notices of land holders of the lands to be acquired for Dehu
Palkhi Marg – PWB (Bypass) NH No. 965G.

It is submitted that the lands of village Gujubavi Tal. Baramati District Pune are also
under acquisition in this Project (The gatwise list of lands is enclosed). The Airport Authority
Training Center is adjacent to Dehu Palkhi Marg – PWB (Bypass) NH No. 965G. The joint
measurement of these lands is in progress. If your Hon. Authority has any problem due to this
Project, please communicate your remarks in this respect to my office at the earliest.
