0 INTRODUCTION
As we enter the era millennium, we are experiencing one of the most important
changes to our daily lives especially using science and technology based for developing
countries in the world such as about economical, politician and even the industry. Some
changes are already here and spreading around the globe. Some of the most significant
changes are in how we manage and conduct business, especially using method strategy in
marketplaces and trading. Dragon fruit Investment System was establishment to provide
direct payment to employees and committee who have joint venture in this system. The
concept of profit sharing are apply here to maximize the profit of company and establish
more connection between employers and employees to enhance more good performance that
can give more beneficial to both parties. Profit Sharing makes the link between work and
reward. If we are going to ask the most from our employees, they will expect something in
return. Increasingly, pay is not enough. A plan that rewards employees with a share of the
fruits of their labor draws is a direct connection between work and reward. Then, profit
sharing can help create the culture of ownership. When employees are rewarded based on
their contribution to the company success, employees feel like owner. As owner employees
have more incentive to increase the company's profitability. This strategy will work because
this company and its management can create ways for employees to understand the company's
challenges and contribute to the solutions. Open two-way communication, flat management
structure and employee involvement foster such a culture. The purposes for this system are to
provide a system that is capable, manageable and efficient in managing the company
information, plan, profit gained and current situation of company. The system will always be
update to give information to the employees and committee who are jointed. Through this
system, its can give more information about data of company. Besides, it also can economical
in time and work.
2.0 BACKGROUND AND PROBLEM STATEMENT
The purpose of this project system basically to find the funder’s which can support to
the company business. The cost of establishing this business are quit high because it
exceeding RM450 000 of money. The systems of Dragon Fruit Investment are using to fully
support of company purpose. Based on the company business, Pitaya or as known as dragon
fruit is a new plant that has not been explored entirely in Malaysia. In Malaysia, the dragon
fruit planting area is very small proportionate with other plants such as plant commodities
indeed gained in the large-scale in Malaysia. However, the dragon fruit planting started to get
attention in Malaysia because this fruit contained a high nutrition compared to other fruits.
The dragon fruit comes from America’s country like Chile, Argentina, Peru and Mexico. This
fruit was brought to Vietnam as a decoration plant at first but it started to be a huge plantation.
Nowadays, Vietnam is the main distributor and exporter for the whole world for dragon fruit.
Healthy dragon fruit trees will produce a healthy fruits. Dragon fruit is good for our health
and daily needs. It has been proved by “Taiwan Food Industry Develop & Research
Authorities”.

2.1 Problem Statement / Issues in Existing System

To develop a project, it must have a problem or issues in existing system because want to
know what is the problem statement about the old methods, before developer throughout the
project development processes, make developer clear and understand the problem statement
of developing the system and these will ensure or guide the system efficient, easy, systematic
and meet the needs of the customer. Here we state a few problems we have in the old
methods:-
• The user cannot search and view data, cannot add the new clients, edit, update and
delete the data of clients efficiently.
• Manual system wasted a lot of source (e.g.:- cost, energy, paper and time)
 • Paper cannot safe, because using the paper, paper can easy missing and torn if incur
the water, it must have backup of data.
• System as manually makes the process management and documentation slowly.
• The old methods system cannot make efficient, easy and systematic because it using
the manual system, writing and filing. The old methods system not the computerize
system.

2.2 Solution Proposed

The system must be fulfilled requirement with no problem. Here we state a few step to
solve the problems, refer from the old method to the computerize system:-
• We must do some research from another system and take note about what the client
want and how we can make the system work without any problem.
• We develop into computerize system because can save the cost, energy, paper and
time, also make the data as backup, safe and efficiency, if the data missing or
corrupted.
• Computerizes system makes the process management and documentation efficiency.
• From the manual system we develop to the computerize system, because we can
develop and manage the data client with more efficient, easy, and systematic.
• All people can view the data and the update of company situation anytime, anywhere.
• Most of people know how to using internet and its help the users to gain information
about company.
3.0 PROJECT SCOPE

3.1 Project Objective

1- To strive a dragon fruit farm with 4 hectares width that will produce 230 tonne (1.5
million) per month.
2- Sharing the profit by using the DragonFruit Investment Syatem that provided many
beneficial to both parties.

3.2 Deliverables

1- Land (4 hectares)
2- Seeds (for 20000 trees)
3- Fertilizers
4- Pillars

3.3 Milestone

1- Buy land by 1st January 2009

2- Prepare land for planting by 1st February 2009
3- Buy the seeds on March 2009
4- Planting trees on April 2009

3.4 Technical Requirement

1- Land must suitable for the planting process
2- Sufficient width of land
3- Suitable crops distance
4- The right usage of insecticide and fertilizers
5- Effective daily maintenance
6- Get a consultation from the agency.

3.5 Limit and Exclusions

1- Supplier provide the sufficient seeds
2- Provide insecticide with the right specifications
3- The crops will produce the fruit after 1 year
