Secondly, the number of people could be a problem? How much people is the máximum? In
the other hand, could you tell me if we will can take photos during the exhibition?

and buy something to eat while the event.

I would like to thank you because your e-mail asking me about the problems I had during the
trip. As you know they were many and in order to get a general solution you should ask all
customers the complaints they had.

First of all, the hotel was not as comfortable as you told us before we paid. There were not
towels in the bathroom, the bedroom was smalller than the images you usually show and the
Window were not in front of the beach as you promoted

The second problem was the service. The first week the housemaid use to respond our request
late. The food was expensive and the there were not a cheff.

Finally, I would like to recomend you to give a promotion to the customers who were
disappointed with the trip.

I am so happy you could come to my country finally! As we talked the last time, we agreed I
should give you instructions before you arrive. Affortunately, my apparment is near the town,
and to get here is not as difficult as you think.

The best way of transport in my city is the bus because is not a big place as the capital. When
you arrive to the airport, ask someone where to take the bus, which number is 25 and you can
take in front of the airport. Obviously, you will have to wait 15minutes and maybe 1 hour until
you arrive to the bus station.

Then of that, you will have to walk 2 blocks to get my appartment. First of all, take bv illia, walk
until parana Street, cross it on the other side, and look for number 548.

Finally, you may ask to the administration if they could give you my keys because I will be late.
You know, I come back later after an university day. If you have other questions, dont dubt in
asking me!

Dear Mr Sykers,

I sent this e-mail to apply in the job as coordinator in the swimming club.

My name is Sebastian, I am from Santiago but nowdays I live in Cordoba city. I think I have
different skills to get a job like this because my expirience with children. I use to take care my
nephews who are among 5 and 13 years old. I know how to play with them, what kind of
activities they like and how they can begin to know them each other.

Otherwise, I have expirience with all swimming styles because when I was a teenager I use to
participate in different competitions. I know all the styles like croll, back, butterfly and
something else to help them in the process.

How are you? What about the university? Is there something new?
Thank you very much because your help to this kind of proyect that I was working for much
time. There are many activities I would like to do there, the first one will be to get better my
english. As you know, I was studing during my free time all the last year and I need to improve
it with an experience like this.

Another activity I´d like to do is to know and learn about your country´s history making focus
on the middle ages which is important if you want to understand the next historical steps.
