ORDER AND NOTICE OF PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE PROPER

The parties through their respective counsels are herein notified of the
re-raffled of this case to this Court pursuant to Administrative Matter 11-1-
6-SC-Philja. Accordingly on matters pertinent to and covered by paragraph
(b) to (i) of Section 2 of Rule 18 of the Amended Rules of Civil Procedure, the
pre-trial conference is set on February 28, 2018 at 8:30 o’clock in the
morning.
 Prior to said scheduled, parties and counsels are directed to appear
before the Branch Clerk of Court for Pre Trial Conference on March 1, 2018
at 8:30 o’clock in the morning.

1.) Pre-marking of Evidence

2.) Stipulation on admissibility of evidence;
3.) Submission of Judicial Affidavit of witnesses;
4.) Other matter that may help expedite proceedings.

The parties are directed to resort/avail of the modes of discovering

procedures pursuant to A.M. No. 03-1-09-SC, with sanctions for non-
compliances.

AIRLINES, a corporation duly organized and existing under
Philippine Laws.

2. At the special meeting of the Board of Directors of the above

mentioned corporation held on 03 March 2018, the following
resolution was unanimously passed and approved, viz:

BOARD RESOLUTION

“RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the

Corporation be authorized and empowered to file a civil case before
the proper courts;
 “ RESOLVED FURTHER, that ANNA FERNANDEZ, for
and on behalf of the Corporation be authorized and empowered to
execute, verify, acknowledge, and otherwise sign any and all
necessary pleadings, complaint, verification and certification against
forum shopping, petitions, motions , memoranda and other
documents in connection with the said case and subsequent appeals
thereto and if necessary, enter into any form of agreement/settlement
on behalf of the Corporation, giving force and effect to the foregoing
resolution; and

“ RESOLVED FINALLY, that Atty. Justin O. Bibo be

authorized and empowered for and on behalf of the Corporation, to
act as counsel in all proceedings before the proper couts including
appeals thereto”

3. The aforesaid resolution has not been amended or revoked and is still
in full force and effect.
