Section 108

“When an appointment is disapproved or invalidated, the services of the appointee shall be terminated
after 15 days from receipt of the letter/ decision/ disapproval invalidating the appointment, unless a
motion for reconsideration or appeal is seasonably filed.”

Instances enumerated in item F are based on violation of pertinent laws such as bord exams, liscences,
bar exams, violations under the local government code such as over PS allocation, pertinent provisions
of the LGC regarding appointment such as no power to appoint, etc.
