This is to notify all the concerned person:

1. Welding electrode should be issued from store only after producing Store
Requisition Slip.
2. Welding electrode classification or base material classification should be
clearly mentioned on Store Requisition slip.
3. All issued electrode must be baked and processed as per procedure number WQP-11.
4. Welding electrode must be kept in oven,
5. After welding, remaining electrode should be returned to store.
