alleged shooting incident
transpired at 5:30 in the
afternoon of the same date
which the victim was identified
as Eduardo Santiago, 40
years old, college level, driver,
married and a resident of 22
Vinzon St. Mabato Subd.,
Brgy. Maasim, Cawit, Cavite.
The victim was immediately
brought to the nearest hospital
at Cawit, Cavite Doctor's
Hospital.
