Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Melakukan penjualan produk Digital Printing secara langsung kepada pelanggan sesuai dengan
target penjualan tim Sales yang telah ditetapkan.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Melakukan penjualan produk Digital Printing serta negosiasi secara langsung dengan
customer guna menjaga nilai margin sesuai yang telah ditetapkan untuk mencapai target
penjualan dan kerja individu sesuai yang telah ditetapkan.
2. Melakukan pencarian calon pelanggan baru guna mencapai target penjualan.
3. Mengikuti pameran-pameran yang diikuti oleh Bhinneka guna mendapatkan calon
pelanggan baru.

4. Menjaga hubungan dengan customer dengan melakukan kunjungan secara berkala guna
menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.
5. Melakukan analisa terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan, serta memberikan informasi, solusi,
serta alternatif produk yang sesuai
6. Membuat pipeline secara berkala guna mengevaluasi aktifitas yang dilakukan dalam
penjualan.
7. Melakukan monitoring rutin terhadap proses order (SO) yang dibuatnya sampai akhir
siklus penjualan.
8. Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak internal lain seperti tim Finance, Purchasing,
Warehouse, ataupun Distribution terkait dengan proses order yang dilakukannya.
Spesifikasi Pekerjaan :

A. Persyaratan Umum (Eksternal)

1. Jenjang usia, maks 35 tahun


2. Tingkat pendidikan Min. D3/S1, diutamakan jurusan Teknik Informatika/Sistem
Informasi/IT/Pemasaran/Marketing.
3. Tingkat pengalaman min 1 - 2 tahun

B. Persyaratan Umum (Internal)

1. Minimal bekerja di Bhinneka selama 1 tahun


2. Minimal telah bekerja di posisi terakhir selama 1 tahun
3. Memiliki penilaian People Review setidaknya “Watch List”
4. Terbuka untuk level staf

C. Specific Requirements

1. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik


2. Memiliki kemampuan berjualan yang baik
3. Berorientasi tinggi pada pencapaian target ( target oriented )
4. Memiliki ketertarikan terhadap perkembangan dunia IT/teknologi, terutama Digital
Printing
5. Kemampuan bahasa : Indonesia & Inggris

Job Description :

Sell Digital Printing products directly to customers to achieve the DPS Sales target that has been
set.

Job Responsibilities and Assignments :

1. Sell and negotiate Digital Printing products directly to customers to achieve the DPS Sales
target that has been set by maintaining proper profit margin.
2. Search for any potential customers to achieve sales target
3. Attend exhibitions conducted by the company to attain new customers
4. Maintain good relations with customer by conducting regular visits
5. Analyze customer’s demand, and provide information, solution and/or alternatives that
they need
6. Create routine pipelines to evaluate their sales activity
7. Monitor all sales order (SO) made by any individuals in the Sales Division to ensure the
sales cycle finishes
8. Coordinate SO processes with other internal divisions such as Finance, Purchasing,
Warehouse, or Distribution Division

Job Specification :

A. General Requirements (External)

1. At most 35 years old.


2. At least holds a Diploma/Bachelor degree (D3/S1) or other equivalent degree.
Preferably from Informatics/System Information/IT/Marketing
3. At least has 1 - 2 years of experience in the same position.

B. General Requirements (Internal)

1. Has been working in Bhinneka for at least 1 years


2. Has been working in his/her last position for at least 1 year
3. Has a People Review either “Watchlist” / “Develop” / “Specialist” / “Star”
4. Open for staf level

C. Specific Requirements

1. Proven to have strong communication and negotiating skills


2. Proven to have strong sales skills
3. Target oriented
4. Is interested in the IT/Technology industry, particularly Digital Printing
5. Is able to speak in Bahasa Indonesia and English
