My name is Wes Auson P. Nonong studying Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from
Cavite State University – Main Campus. I tried searching for scholarship programs and I heard,
through our school, that the government of Cavite is having a “Provincial Scholarship Program”.
And I am very much interested in applying for the said scholarship because of lack of financial
support. Our income is only enough to pay the electric and water bill that we consume every
month and for our food. So that I would like to help my mother by means of decreasing the
amount of my tuition fee and for my allowance everyday through the help of the scholarship, that
is, if I may have given a chance to be selected as one of the scholars of our government. I Really
need this scholarship to fulfill my dreams and to finish my studies.
