Introduction

A house is an important factor for a family. It serves as their shelter. A minimalistic

design with a touch of timber and glass as a highlight in its design will give an architectural

character that will create a clear, unique, in harmony to landscape and highlights the natural

surroundings.

The designers’ design will be angular and squared-shape to emphasize the idea of

minimalistic and also to maintain the line of build-up area. The landscaping will give a big

impact to the concept because it is made out of glass, as its wall, and timber, as its interior

design. Both terrace and balcony as well as the Alfresco were projected with a close relationship

in the landscaping. The façade decoration materials will be concrete, glass and timber to form a

solid-looking design.

The design will be consistent and functional. The division of spaces will be into four

functional zones: the living zone (Alfresco, kitchen, dining and guest room), resting-sleeping

zone (master’s bedroom with wardrobe and shower, two sleeping rooms for children with a

water closet, toilet and shower), entertainment zone and garage and Utility rooms’ zone. These

zones are connected with a spacious corridor and open-type interior yard.

The design is composed of eight toilets and bowl, both floors has four toilet and bowl.

The floor area (FA) for the ground and second floor is 168 sq. and the Total floor area (TFA) is

380.25sq.m
