    HYDRAULIC MANHOLE

    COVER LIFTER
    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Assemble Manhole Cover Lifter.


    2. Clean out the keyholes of the manhole cover.
    3. Fix keys into position and wheel lifter into place.
    4. Pump cylinder to raise manhole cover.
    5. Once cover is clear of the ground pull the lifter to move the cover.
    6. To lower the cover release the cylinder valve.

    ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE FOOTWARE


    THIS TOOL HAS A SAFE WORKING LOAD OF 1.5 TONS
    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

    Slide the beam through the body

    Slide lifting hooks on either side. Ensure hooks face towards the back wheel

    Attach wheels and handle

    Fit keys into cover and move lifter into position

    Pump jack handle to lift cover

    Pull lifter to remove cover


    EXTRA INSTRUCTIONS

    1. WEAR PROTECTIVE FOOTWARE


    2. ENSURE HOOKS ARE ATTACHED FACING THE CORRECT
    DIRECTION

    3. IF COVER IS STUCK HIT ARROUND ITS EDGE TO BREAK THE


    SEAL. IF THIS DOES NOT WORK USE A SEAL BREAKER. DO NOT
    CONTINUE TO PUMP CYLINDER AS THE LIFTING BEAM WILL
    BEND
